Much of the talk about Lansdowne traffic has focussed on traffic and parking for special events. But the day to day traffic impacts of the shopping centre, offices and condos will be significant and make up over 90% of Lansdowne related traffic. Research projects that there will be:

• 2.5 million new vehicle-trips annually
• 7,000vehicle trips each day
• a 50% increase over current levels of daily traffic
